Mehamal Retail – Refund & Return Policy

Return Window: We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, sale/clearance items, and gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
