Mehamal Retail – Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframe: We deliver across Pakistan within 3–5 business days after order processing.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Partners: We work with trusted courier services including TCS, Leopards Courier, and M&P to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid bank transfers / Easypaisa / JazzCash.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your location within Pakistan.

Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take an additional 1–2 business days.
